Travelers don't walk in a straight line The memories of the divine Intertwined in the destinies unforseen Not so keen are we all Come to a faraway place I have left my home behind In search of something That's not easy to attain We have all been channeled into a system Molded and confined Lekin mera nam Pablo hai (translation: but my name is Pablo) Pero mi nobre es Pablo To express oneself In real time In real time In real time In real time Waiting for something to happen Here goes the chime A person to be Is that such a crime Creating dialogue with one another Creating it within yourself It's a process Man just give it Just give it Just give it some time Standing in a moral ground The mediating ego Caught between your id and super ego Picking fights with the ones you love Sacred white cow I see a sacred white cow I see a scared white cow On the river bank Of the river ganges Along the river We met our Guru-ji He taught us the sitar He taught us the sitar And then he told us How long we'd live
3.
Off to the roadside in Navajoland An old abandoned house Uranium soils the water supply What does a vortex look like A family used to live there They were sent on a trail of tears Longing for their homeland What does a vortex look like Walk in the desert Connect with the land Deep within sand Dissolves the borderland West coast setting sun One day we'll play again Cycle of the earth Cradles our own birth In Tilonia I lost my mind A curse of painful delusion in the end I changed my destiny What does a vortex look like Hugging a Joshua tree A rattlesnake beckons me On top of a mountain I found my voice What does a vortex look like Walk in the desert Connect with the land Deep within sand Dissolves the borderland West coast setting sun One day we'll play again Cycle of the earth Cradles our own birth A man named Angel sits in a van and tells me his life story He came from Veracruz crossing the Chihuahuan and Sonoran deserts And picks fruit in the fields of the Pajaro Valley for $9 an hour Back home he used to make just $12 a day He works and can't go to school He works to take care of his younger siblings so that they can have an education His only wish in life is for someone to take care of him just like he takes care of his siblings The Sun goes down El Nuevo Dia The Sun goes down El Nuevo Dia

Waves please take me away Look beyond past the fray Of every day stress No need to dress to impress Just caress the waves as they take me away I sleep nestled in a palm tree Please stress just let me be Fluid like the tide of the ocean As the sun comes up begin a new cycle As I lay asleep in the ocean The next day I wake up in motion Die and resurrected in a cycle Oh fresh young coconut quench my thirst As I become immersed and I finish this verse My prowess is not stifled Embrace the passion inferno life the eternal Waves take me away Ocean take me away Waves please take me away To a place so deep Waves take me away Ocean take me away Waves please take me away To a place so deep El abuelo el cielo nos da dirección El horizonte ha hecho nuestro potencial a seguir Seguir con el poder Damos gracias al norte, al sur, al este, y al oest Sin fondo el mar nos lleva Hay dos adultos peleando Pero tratamos a conseguir para las genereaciónes que siguen Hasta la victoria siempre Waves take me away Ocean take me away Waves please take me away To a place so deep Waves take me away Ocean take me away Waves please take me away To a place so deep

We beings are divine Where oceans of melodies take us away We have traveled to far lands From the redwood forests All along the river ganges Where we met sacred white cows And when we floated ashore We took part in the sun waltz And experienced synesthesia with the colors of the streets To which an experiment from the past, present and future Fell from the sky In a spiritual desert journey And this whole process was one of growth to create ourselves Retrospection Memories from my past hit me with a blast Keeps me away from living life up in a cast Retrospection, past present and future The thin line connecting life like a suture Whack, pat, a squack, quack, a cat, a-mack Acknowledging my shadow archetype in a word salad Stayin' on track like the melody of a ballad Write in your own legislation on that ballot Consumption, consortium of psychologically disturbed mankind Lets work together Decolonizing stolen lands And bring back lost minds Retrospection introspection Retrospection introspection Retrospection outrospection Retrospection intraspection Sippin' trippin' ease off the nicotine Trickle down the spiral of a hydro colossal fossil Flow like a river, like the colorado tribute Societal pressure to spend We think we cannot mend Divide and conquer just like crimea Solidarity share thoughts and ideas We gotta get outta this cycle of poverty We landed in an era of mass inequality Keep the flow going like I'm rowing down a stream of consciousness Hold Boeing accountable causin' stress Radioactive iodine, cancerous mindsets Teaching youth about institutional violence But payin' no attention Society's locked up in a silence Spiritually deprived in solitary confinement Let music change your environment Let your environment change you Let you change your environment Retrospection introspection Retrospection introspection Retrospection outrospection Retrospection intraspection As I sit here with my guitar, I recollect my past, and learn from my mistakes I dream of the challenges I must face To reach a higher level of human potential Drop you're mother fucking ego Drop you're mother fucking ego Drop you're mother fucking ego Yeah, yeah Open yourself up Open yourself up Open yourself up Yeah, yeah Unconditional positive regard Unconditional positive regard Unconditional positive regard Yeah, yeah. Are you ready to live in a world that is less material than our own?

I'm walking down on the street saying hi to my homies People saying hi that don't even know me San Fran Sunset district LA Venice blvd Queens Jackson blvd Back to my hometown on Ashby Living vicariously through the music And i'm here for the next hook Therapy there it be let me be For now I see for now I see for now I see Put my feet on the ground Guiding me through the sound Gonna go to town man I'm found From every experience try to pick up something new Colors in my mind filled with sounds of the seasons Causin' havoc in the city Watch what you say 'cuz i'm witty Social change starts in the soil where the tree grows Brothers and sisters let us not become foes I'ma take blows for my family and friends From anyone who tries to stomp on our path Back in 8th grade I used to suck at math Reach out to others and they'll reach out to you Who woulda knew that was why you were blue India in the back of my mind Trying to unwind and find like kind Growth is healing growth is wellness It never ceases A unique process to yourself Watch my ego as it shreds to pieces No matter which way you swing Like a homerun No matter the team You play for your own Develop your voice Speak up and be heard Nurture your inner child And increase your capacity to grow

We Beings 02:42
Look closely things may not be as they appear The greek alphabet Alpha Beta Upsilon Similarities to modern romaji Gamma rho and pi Gamma misinterpreted by the masses Mysteries buried in the past The reversed R Traced back in time Rho the letter P Now look at pi Pi pi? Two meanings in one letter The invention of the circle, the wheel? A letter was added History and symbols dictate humanity's ideas Things are not as they appear Things are not as they appear Things are not as they appear Fear For vital resources as they disappear. Nullified out of fear of our social expectations Unknowing that this are infiltrations People wanting to be, to see, to bring and sing brainwashed minds Becoming conforming imposters They cynically look at you and laugh their tonsils off Social desirability has become the norm To become god not I discourage you Inspire what is meant to be desired Like the way the Tigris and Euphrates inspired civilization Instead love we the beings Because we are beautiful We are beautiful We are beautiful We are beautiful We are beautiful

Special Thanks

This journey has been filled with happiness, inspiration and hard work, all in a transcendence to turn a dream into reality of
producing a home-brewed album with different musical styles and sounds. We are in deep need of a societal and cultural revolution based on empathy, understanding and altruism. Never limit yourself to one idea, one ideology and most importantly one type of music!

I'd like to thank everyone who has supported me on this journey through music including friends and family:
To my Dad Jose-Luis Orozco, thank you for the wonderful album artwork and for the inspiration to go into music, my Mom
Julie Castro-Orozco for the inspiration and supporting me along the way, my siblings Gabriel Orozco, Maya Orozco and Luis Orozco for at an early age exposing me to all kinds of music, to my Aunts/Uncles/Cousins for keeping the family together, Andrew Sashi Peterson for contributing to the intro of this album and for the filming, Zachary Strom for the inspiration and support, Kaizer Hossain for years of friendship, motivation and inspiration, Jose Yonalbin Cabrera Valdez for the continuing inspiration and for guiding me on the right path , all my friends back in LA and back in my hometown of Berkeley, to all the educators in my life, High School teachers from New Roads High School and college professors from UC Santa Cruz, to all the folks that I have met in my life, and to those who I will meet in the future.
Lastly to those who have inspired me and continue to inspire me to this day and are no longer present with us in this world:

Dr. Aaronette White, William B. Castro and Alan Castro.
